Signe Bishop

Signe Bishop is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience at Oregon Health & Science University since October 2013, currently serving as Director. Key responsibilities include strategic talent management initiatives such as performance management, leadership coaching, and succession planning. Previous roles at the university involved leading workforce skill-building and onboarding processes and managing development programs for over 10,000 employees. Prior experience includes overseeing AmeriCorps VISTA teams at Oregon Campus Compact and directing college relations at the "I Have a Dream" Foundation-Oregon. Signe holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
