Andy Davis

Andy Davis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent advising. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oregon Humane Society since October 2022, Andy is responsible for developing and maintaining effective recruiting metrics and processes. Previous roles include Talent Advising Partner and Operations Lead at Smarsh, where Andy enhanced the hiring experience and advised leadership, along with managing the Jobvite ATS for global recruitment efforts. Additional experience encompasses roles in training, customer service, and grant management across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
