Damien Francaviglia

Damien Francaviglia has extensive experience in finance, technology, and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Technology at OMSI since February 2007, with previous roles including Vice President of Technology & Business Transformation, Director of Project Management Office, Interim Vice President of Programs, and Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis. In addition to this, Damien holds an adjunct professor position in Financial Management for Nonprofits at Portland State University as part of the Master of Public Administration program since January 2023. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Market Research Analyst at the International Manganese Institute in Paris, a Production Planner/Project Manager at Lattice Semiconductor, and an English Instructor/Cross Cultural Trainer with the U.S. Peace Corps in Estonia. Damien earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a BA in Anthropology from The Ohio State University.
