Timothy Manickam

Timothy Manickam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Fathom Realty since December 2022, Timothy also acts as a fill-in local anchor for NPR's 'Morning Edition' on Oregon Public Broadcasting, providing live continuity and updates. With nearly two decades in the real estate market, Timothy specializes in residential and investment properties and has held various roles including Owner of Shuksan Group, Inc., Principal Broker at JMA Properties, and Realtor at eXp Realty. Additionally, Timothy co-hosted the HGTV series 'Bang for Your Buck,' focusing on home renovations in Portland, and has a background in classical music programming and travel leadership. Timothy holds a B.A. in Communications and Music from Goshen College.
