Meghan Martin

Meghan Martin is an experienced educator and researcher in the field of biology, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Washington State University since August 2021, where Animal Behavior courses are developed and lectured. Meghan is also the Director of PDX Wildlife, a non-profit organization dedicated to species and habitat conservation through innovative research and community education. With a background that includes roles such as Research Associate at Oregon Zoo, where research on endangered Columbia Basin pygmy rabbits was conducted, and Applied Animal Ecology Post Doctoral at San Diego Zoo Global, focusing on captive animal enrichment, Meghan has a robust foundation in wildlife conservation. Additional academic roles have been held at institutions like Portland Community College and Clark College, with a comprehensive educational foundation comprising a PhD and MS in Biology from Portland State University, and a BA in Biology from Reed College.
