Chris Connors has a diverse work experience in various education and technology roles. Chris started their career as a Staff Photographer for Memorial Press Group from 1992 to 1994. Chris then worked as a Technology and Engineering Teacher at Duxbury High School from 1998 to 2010. From 2008 to 2008, they were involved in the Learn 2 Teach, Teach 2 Learn program at South End Technology Center. Chris worked as an Engineering Educator at Pembroke High School from 2010 to 2012. Chris also worked as a Writer for makezine.com, specializing in education, technology, and creativity, from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are working as a Creative Computing Art Teacher at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School since 2013.
Chris Connors has a Master's of Education degree in Technology and Engineering in communities with a focus on creativity and sustainability from Lesley University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Design and Photography from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in the period from 1990 to 1993. Furthermore, they also earned another BFA degree in Art Education from the same university, between 1983 and 1988.
