George Kastrinakis

George Kastrinakis has a diverse work experience in data science, research, and technology engineering. George currently holds the role of Director of Data Science at Orfium since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Financial Times as a Senior Data Scientist from September 2019 to August 2020 and as a Data Scientist from May 2017 to September 2019. George initially started at Financial Times as a Graduate Technology Engineer from September 2016 to May 2017.

Before joining Financial Times, George worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Tictrac from February 2016 to April 2016. During their internship, they worked on a data analytics project involving descriptive statistics, clustering, pattern investigation, and feature selection using Python and R.
