Umaima Merchant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and business development across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Strategy at organicgirl since May 2024, Umaima has previously held various roles, including Director of Marketing, Strategy & Business Development and Director of Innovation at Premier Nutrition from September 2015 to April 2024. Additional experience includes brand consulting at Clif Bar & Company and positions in brand management and consulting at Torani, Del Monte Foods, Deloitte Consulting, and Wockhardt Limited. Umaima holds an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from Anderson School of Business, UCLA, an MSc in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, and a BA in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
