Ardalan Zargham is an experienced professional in the fields of logistics, technical support, and scientific research, currently serving as Acting Head Logistics and Technical Support Officer at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since January 2020. With a background as a Scientific and Technical Training Officer and Consultant at the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), Zargham has designed training programs, evaluated their effectiveness, and coordinated the On-Site Inspection Technology Laboratory. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant at the University of Bremen and a Research Assistant at Hamburger Synchrotronstrahlungslabor and Fraunhofer Institute, where Zargham contributed to various scientific projects and experiments. Education includes a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bremen and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
