Delia Carmona

Delia Carmona is an experienced leader with a focus on people and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Directora de Personas & Organización at Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos since April 2023, Delia is dedicated to enhancing education and cultural opportunities in Central and South America. Prior to this, Delia held prominent roles in multinational companies including Paramount International as International People Development Senior Director and ViacomCBS Networks International as EMEAA People & Culture Director, where responsibilities included supporting transformation and developing talent across diverse regions. Delia is also an active member of EJE&CON, promoting women's leadership in high-level positions. Academic credentials include an MBA from EOI Business School and a degree in European Union Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo, among others.
