Chris Williams has over 24 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Chris currently holds the role of Director of National Accounts at Organogenesis, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Area Director of Sales at the same company from 2017 to 2022, where they provided leadership to regional sales managers and their teams. Chris also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Organogenesis from 2015 to 2017, leading a successful sales team and implementing coaching practices to achieve sales goals.

Prior to their tenure at Organogenesis, Chris worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Sales Professional from 2001 to 2006. In this role, they promoted pharmaceutical products in multiple markets and completed management development phases. Chris also temporarily fulfilled the role of interim District Manager.
Before Johnson & Johnson, Chris worked at Merck as an Ophthalmic Sales Specialist from 1999 to 2001 and at Shire Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative from 1997 to 1999.
Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis, planning, personnel development, and revenue forecasting, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.
Chris Williams attended Arkansas State University from 1987 to 1988, studying Business Administration and Management. Subsequently, from 1988 to 1992, Chris pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services at Louisiana Tech University.
