Shawn Frederick, MS, BCMAS has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawn started their career at HealthSouth as a Certified Athletic Trainer in July 1996 and worked there until July 2000. In July 2000, they joined Innovex as a Tissue Regeneration Specialist and remained with the company until December 2003.

In January 2004, Shawn Frederick joined Organogenesis as a Tissue Regeneration Specialist. Shawn later held the role of Senior Medical Science Liaison from October 2009 to May 2016.
