Claudio Cipriani serves as the Global Head of Customer Engagement at Organon, overseeing the strategic direction and enablement of the customer engagement journey through innovative marketing and commercial capabilities. Prior to this role, Claudio held the position of Global OmniChannel Strategy Lead during the formation of Organon from MSD, focusing on digital and omnichannel capabilities for customer engagement. Claudio's extensive experience includes leadership roles at MasterCard, where strategic initiatives in payments innovation and marketing were spearheaded, as well as critical contributions at Poste Italiane, where the e-Commerce business was established. Claudio's consulting background includes significant tenures at Bain & Company and Accenture, supported by advanced education from MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
