Simon Holland

Simon Holland serves as the Vice President and Women's Health Commercial Lead at Organon since June 2021, where responsibilities include shaping the vision and long-term strategy for the Women’s Health franchise, driving organic and inorganic growth, and fostering partnerships across R&D and Manufacturing. Prior to joining Organon, Simon Holland held various leadership roles at Merck from August 1998 to June 2021, including Vice President, Global Commercial Lead, and Executive Director positions, managing significant commercial portfolios within Women's Health and driving global initiatives for multiple therapeutic areas. Simon Holland holds a Masters of Commerce with First Class Honors in Marketing, Management, and Organizational Development from Lincoln University in New Zealand.
