Ajay Srivastava

Ajay Srivastava is a people strategist with 26+ years of experience and brings strong business acumen and a track record of having successfully delivered transformational HR solutions for multiple vertical & horizontal requirements for Indian and global organizations. Ajay has handled a diverse set of roles including HRBP, Sales HR and Corporate HR, mergers & acquisitions, culture & reward integration, change management, high-level employee engagement interventions, long-term strategic projects, process standardization & automation, statutory compliance and CSR interventions. Ajay joined us from Baxter, where he was the Head HR for the Injectables business. In his previous roles, Ajay has led the Group Corporate HR for Viraj Profiles and has worked with organizations like PepsiCo, ITC Limited, Dainik Jagran etc. Ajay holds an MBA in Human Resources and is a Physics graduate.
