Jyotsna Balasubramanian

Jyotsna Balasubramanian started their work experience at PwC in 2004 as an Assistant Manager in Audit and Assurance. In 2006, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as an Internal Controls Co-ordinator and later became a Project Lead for Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Manager for Revenue and Inventory Accounting, and from 2017 to 2023, they served as the Global Head for Internal Controls, Risk, and Compliance at Caterpillar Inc. Starting in 2023, they will be joining Orient Electric as the Head of Internal Audit.

Jyotsna Balasubramanian completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree at the University of Madras from 2000 to 2003. From 2001 to 2004, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, but the specifics of their degree and field of study during that time are not provided. Jyotsna later pursued a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Accounting and Finance from 2009 to 2011.
