Debora Kolomiets

Debora Kolomiets has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Oriflame Cosmetics since November 1999, where roles have included Global HR Manager for Executive Management, Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Global Employee Experience and CEO Office Executive Support Manager, among others. Debora has focused on people development, rewards, and mobility within the organization. Prior to Oriflame, Debora held positions at Philips from August 1997 to October 1999, including Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Educational qualifications include a degree in English Teaching from Moscow State Linguistic University and a coaching degree from Erikson International Coaching University.
