Mikiya Okochi

Mikiya Okochi currently serves as the Chairman of Tachikawa Co Ltd since December 2023 and has been a Business Development Consultant for OriGen Biomedical in Japan since January 2020. Mikiya held the role of President at Tachikawa Co. Ltd. from November 2020 to November 2023, focusing on a turnaround project for a fasteners and industrial tools manufacturer. Previous experience includes General Manager at LAOX Co Ltd, where the focus was on business development for the Chinese market, and General Manager at Mikuni Color Ltd., involved in Japanese nano dispersion technology. Mikiya also served as Vice President at Texas Imaging Supply Inc. and held positions in banking with Credit Suisse and Citi. Mikiya holds an MBA in International Business Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Industrial Chemistry from Tokyo University of Science.
