Kirsty Knox

Kirsty Knox is a seasoned design research and UX professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Design Researcher and VOC Manager at Origin Energy since August 2018, Kirsty previously held positions at Tribal Worldwide Melbourne, including Senior UX Researcher, where leadership on corporate projects for notable clients such as Officeworks, Westpac, and Pfizer Oncology was a key responsibility. Earlier experience as a UX Designer and Content Strategist at icemedia involved creating compliant wireframes and conducting extensive user research. Additional roles include Event Manager for the UCI World Cycling Tour and Event Coordinator for multiple festivals. Kirsty holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries from QUT, as well as certifications in Human-Centred Design and the Women in Clean Energy Fellowship.
