Jane Fraser

Jane Fraser has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jane started their career at First Choice Holidays as a Senior Quality Co-ordinator, where they were responsible for health and safety in over 200 properties and developed crisis procedures for resorts. Jane then moved on to Johnson Controls, where they held roles as an EHS Specialist and an HSSE Advisor. In these positions, they implemented EHS management systems, delivered HSSE training, and assessed contractors' compliance with safety standards. Currently, they work at Origin Housing as the Head of Health and Safety, overseeing fire safety and building safety initiatives. Jane is also leading the building a safer future project in response to the Grenfell tragedy. Throughout their career, Jane has prioritized the safety of residents, staff, and others, ensuring efficient resource allocation and customer satisfaction.
