Simon Scott-Malone

Simon Scott-Malone has a wealth of experience in the housing industry. Simon started their career at Peabody Trust in London, where they served as a Residential Marketing Manager and led the sales and marketing team. After that, they joined L&Q Group as a Development Manager and Head of Marketing & Communications. In this role, they had a strong focus on building relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth delivery of information for the sale and letting of homes. Simon then moved to One Housing Group Limited, where they held the position of Assistant Director, Sales & Marketing. During their time there, they successfully merged two teams and formulated effective sales and marketing strategies. Currently, Simon is working at Origin Housing as the Assistant Director of Commercial & Property Marketing. Simon is responsible for the strategic delivery of sales and marketing programs, as well as managing the commercial property portfolio.

Simon Scott-Malone has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from London Metropolitan University in England. Simon also holds a 2nd Class Honours degree in Marketing and Business & Management Studies from Southampton University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
