Jonathan Spitz

Jonathan Spitz has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Jonathan began their career at Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as a Sales Intern/Financial Analyst. Jonathan then moved on to Invitation Homes in 2013 as an Acquisitions Analyst. In 2014, they joined Lakeside Bank as a Credit Analyst and subsequently became a Portfolio Manager in 2017. At Lakeside Bank, they also served as a CRE Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President before leaving in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Associate at Origin Investments, where they started in 2020 and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President in July 2022.

Jonathan Spitz completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, specializing in Real Estate Finance & Investment. Jonathan attended the college from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science Administration (B.S.A.) degree in Finance, General from UCF College of Business from 2007 to 2011.
