Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller has a diverse work experience in the real estate development industry. Kevin has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2011, Kevin worked as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction Group, LLC. In this role, they were responsible for managing excavation and deep foundation construction projects in the Washington DC area.

In 2015, Kevin interned at West End Capital Group, where they focused on implementing better management practices for development and asset management processes in commercial real estate.

In 2016, Kevin joined KETTLER as a Senior Development Associate. Kevin'sresponsibilities included managing a mixed-use development project in Tyson's Corner, VA, overseeing underwriting assumptions, coordinating project schedules and marketing plans, and ensuring successful lease-up of the development.

From 2018 to 2022, Kevin worked at Stony Point Development Group. Kevin held roles as Vice President, Project Director, and eventually Senior Vice President. Kevin'sresponsibilities included sourcing and executing multifamily, commercial, and land transactions, managing a portfolio, and leading development deals in various locations.

Currently, Kevin is the Vice President of Development at Origin Investments, where they specialize in the acquisition and development of properties.

Kevin Miller completed their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech from 2007 to 2011. Afterwards, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2014 to 2016.
