Joecel Pajar has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fashion and operations industry. They started their career as an Operations Associate at Twice, an online fashion marketplace. From there, they moved on to work as an Operations and Inventory Lead at My Endless Wardrobe, a clothing rental service. Later, they joined Stitch Fix as a Stylist, providing personalized styling services to busy women. They then worked as a Senior Stylist at Rent The Runway before taking on the role of Senior Stylist Manager at Anomalie Custom Wedding Dresses. They also held the position of Head of Operations at Anomalie. Afterward, they served as the Operations Lead at walrus.ai, a company focused on artificial intelligence. Currently, Joecel is working at Origin as a Senior Manager, responsible for Planner Success & Operations.
