Krista Thomas

Krista Thomas is currently the VP of Delivery at Originate. Prior to Originate, Krista worked at Sotheby's. Krista has been with Originate since March 2015 and in their current role for over a year.

Krista is responsible for leading a team of five direct reports and multinational 20-member client project teams in delivering 20+ software projects annually valued at $200K to $4M each.

Krista has set the strategy and quickly pulled together resources to drive improvements across operations, project management, sales, capacity planning, resource allocation, business development, and client engagement. Collaborating across functions and geographies, Krista created and leads a unified and goal-focused team. Krista has also enabled high-level visibility into project financials.

Upon joining Originate, Krista carved out a new role in Delivery Management. Over their tenure, Krista has navigated two company restructures and change in C-suite leadership. Krista also works directly with investors to highlight opportunities and mitigate challenges.

Krista Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Penn State University. Krista also holds a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
