Jerome Boda Korten

Jerome Boda Korten was appointed to the Board of Directors on April 5, 2023. He has had a career in medical device technology that included senior positions in GE Healthcare following the acquisition of Versamed, a ventilator manufacturer, for which he served as CEO. He has served as an executive in residence at Columbia University. At Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center, he played a key role in spinning out Elucida Oncology, where he served as Chairman of the Board. Since 2019, Mr. Korten has been serving as Executive Vice President of Retia Medical Systems, Inc., a medical device manufacturer, where he oversees operations as Director, responsible for engineering, regulatory, and quality management. He also currently serves as a director for Onebreath, Inc., a medical device company in Palo Alto, California. From 2013 to 2019, Mr. Korten served as CEO of Coldsteel Laser, Inc., a robotic surgical company, where he oversaw engineering design and business development. He obtained both a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Michigan.
