Edwin C. Moses

Managing Director, Project Development at Origis Energy

Edwin C. Moses is a highly accomplished renewable energy development and finance professional. To his role as Managing Director, Project Development at Origis Energy, he brings a background including two decades of solar, storage and energy system development, having worked in over 13 countries on three continents.

As Managing Director, Project Development, he currently manages the company’s project development team and is responsible for bringing Origis Energy projects from inception to successful completion.

Prior to joining Origis, Mr. Moses served as Executive Director at NextEra Energy Resources, a leading US solar development firm. His investment banking experience includes roles at Marathon Capital and RBC Capital Markets. Renewable energy project finance roles for Mr. Moses include leading renewable project finance at Enron Wind, Clipper Wind and SunEdison and advising the US Department of Energy where he co-led the founding of the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative.

Mr. Moses holds a Masters of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and received his Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics, from the University of Maryland. He also studied international business in Copenhagen, Denmark.
