Steven Henz

Steven Henz currently serves as the Director of Operations at Orion Consortium, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing a workforce in a fast-paced government environment, and fostering over 100 business partnerships across numerous contracts since July 2010. Prior to this, Steven held various roles at Orion, including Administrative Director, focusing on operational support and business growth opportunities. Between January 2013 and January 2015, Steven was the Director of Operations at the National Technology Training Center, where duties encompassed staff and course scheduling, payroll, and business development. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Clare Rose Inc, where Steven contributed to daily distribution operations, and served as Key Accounts Manager, coordinating promotional activities for major venues on Long Island. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Lycoming College and a prior education in Business Administration from Mars Hill University.
