Lauren Stevens Blackburn

Lauren Stevens Blackburn has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Lauren is currently the Director of Legal & Compliance at Orion Group Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Contracts & Legal Systems Manager at The Howard Hughes Corporation. Lauren also worked as legal support at Blackburn Ventures, LLC. Lauren previously held the position of Manager, Legal & Compliance at Orion Group Holdings, Inc. and Manager, Contracts Administration at Key Energy Services. Lauren has also worked as a Senior Contracts Administrator at Eni Petroleum, Contracts Specialist at El Paso Exploration & Production, and Legal Assistant at Apache Corporation.

Lauren Stevens Blackburn has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology, which they obtained from Lamar University between 1989 and 1995. In 1996, they also obtained a Contract Management Certification from Villanova University.

Lauren later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, Houston Campus, completing it between 2002 and 2004.

In 2017, Lauren obtained a certification in Compliance from the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics. Lauren remains a member of the Society of Corporate Governance since January 2019 and has been a member and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) since October 2017. Additionally, they are a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
