Adam started their career in 2002 as a Retail Store Manager at GameStop, where they supervised and trained store associates and managed various aspects of the store's operations. In 2008, they joined Superior Group as an Information Technology Support Analyst before transitioning to the Arizona Supreme Court as an Information Technology Specialist. Adam held roles of increasing responsibility at the Arizona Supreme Court, eventually becoming a Senior Information Technology Specialist and Team Lead. In 2014, Adam joined the Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court as a LAN Technician and Jr. Network Administrator. Currently, they are employed at Orion Health, where they have held multiple roles, including Information Security Analyst I and II, and is currently working as a Cybersecurity Engineer.

Adam started their educational journey in 2012 at Rio Salado College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator.
