Horst Gallo

Horst Gallo has extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and global mobility. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Orion Innovation, Horst is responsible for leading the people strategy to drive innovation and align skills with client needs. Prior to this role, Horst held various leadership positions at IBM, including Vice President roles in HR talent management, global mobility, and people & culture. Horst has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a background in providing expert HR advice and guidance in multinational settings.
