Jay Koranda

Jay Koranda has extensive work experience in recruitment and training. Jay began their career in 1987 as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy. In 1998, they joined Siemens as a Customer Trainer, where they were responsible for training personnel on building automation systems. Since 2000, Jay has worked at Orion Talent, initially as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Partner, and currently as the Vice President of Recruiting. At Orion Talent, they specialize in placing transitioning and former military members into various positions across different industries.

Jay Koranda earned a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Jay attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
