Rayna Trinidad

Rayna Trinidad has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Rayna started their career as a Program Facilitator at YMCA Norfolk, where they designed recreational activities to promote positive values and behaviors for children in an after-school program. Rayna then moved on to Beth Sholom Village as a Program Facilitator, where they planned and implemented group-based fitness sessions and encouraged healthy habits. Later, Rayna joined Goodwin House Incorporated as a Senior Intern, where they assisted with assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of residents' care.

In 2021, Rayna transitioned into the field of recruiting and joined Orion Talent as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, where they reviewed candidates' profiles, coordinated interviews, and negotiated salaries. Rayna then became a Recruiting Team Lead and Senior Recruiter, responsible for outsourcing recruiting for various companies in technical maintenance, engineering, cybersecurity, and project management. Rayna also took on the role of RPO - Recruiting Team Lead, managing a team of recruiters and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

Rayna's work experience demonstrates their versatility, ability to manage teams, and expertise in recruitment and employee sourcing.

Rayna Trinidad completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Sciences with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy at Old Dominion University in 2019. Rayna obtained their certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) from the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification Inc in January 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management at California Coast University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Rayna Trinidad possesses a license as a Recreational Therapist from the District of Columbia Department of Health HIV/AIDS.
