Robert Ustruck

Robert Ustruck has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Robert started their career in 2012 as a Recruiter at GMR Marketing, where they developed market research reports and built strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Recruiter at Advantage xPO, responsible for contract recruiting in various positions.

In 2015, they became a Corporate Recruiter at CROSSMARK, managing recruitment processes for 8 marketing client accounts. Robert then joined Aquent in 2018 as a Recruiter/Client Service Manager, where they executed full-cycle recruitment for healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical client accounts.

In 2019, Robert worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at PRECISIONvalue, overseeing recruitment for various departments. Robert then joined the Illinois Tollway in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full-life cycle recruitment for multiple roles.

Currently, they are working as a Recruiting Team Lead at Orion Talent. Robert has also taken up a role as an Assistant Football Coach at H L Richards High School (Campus) in 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.

Robert Ustruck attended Nathan Hale High School from 2003 to 2007 and earned a High School Diploma. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
