Charles Goldman

Charles Goldman is a highly experienced professional in the finance and investment sectors, currently serving as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Genstar Capital and holding multiple board positions at various organizations, including Orion, AmeriLife Marketing Group, Cerity Partners, and ACA Group. With a notable tenure as President, CEO, and Director at AssetMark until March 2021, Goldman also chaired the board at Personal Capital until July 2020 and participated as a board member for the CFP Board earlier in their career. In addition, Goldman holds the position of Chairman at FinTech Evolution Acquisition Group, a SPAC focused on the FinTech market. Goldman earned an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
