Nicole I.

Nicole I. has a strong background in talent management and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Talent Management at Orion, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Hueman People Solutions from 2018 to 2021, where they held various roles such as Director of Talent Solutions Consulting | DEI, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader, and Great Employee Experiences Specialist. In these roles, they focused on driving change, implementing data-driven measurement of success, and enhancing employee engagement. Before joining Hueman People Solutions, Nicole worked at Hueman RPO from 2016 to 2018 as a Partnerships Manager, where they developed recruiting strategies and managed recruitment programs. Nicole also had experience at PPR Talent Management Group, where they held multiple roles from 2013 to 2016, including Partnerships Manager, Recruiting Team Lead, Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, and Client Sales and Service Assistant.

Nicole I. completed their education at the University of North Florida. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Health Administration degree with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the same university. In 2021, Nicole obtained a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI.
