Keddy Pavlik, MBA

Keddy Pavlik, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, Keddy worked as the Operations Manager at Glow Juicery Kelowna, where they hired and trained staff, managed accounts and inventory, and implemented local programs. In 2016, Keddy joined BNA Brewing Co. & Eatery as the Manager, leading a team of up to 15 servers and ensuring the successful operation of the restaurant, including event planning and customer experience. Keddy then worked as a Content Writer at KelownaNow from 2016 to 2019, responsible for researching and creating content for a weekly food column. From 2014 to 2017, Keddy worked as a Nanny/Stewardess on luxury yachts internationally, providing customer service excellence and maintaining trusting relationships. In 2018, Keddy became the Lead Kitchen Host at Cook Culture Ltd, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, Keddy joined Acro Media Inc. as the Director of Project Management and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager. Most recently, Keddy is set to start a position as a Product Manager at Orium in 2023.

Keddy Pavlik, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General, also at the University of Victoria, from 2009 to 2014. Alongside their educational achievements, Keddy Pavlik has acquired various additional certifications. These include the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute in March 2022, the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Mountain Goat Software in September 2022, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2021.
