Oussama El Zein

Oussama El Zein has a diverse work experience in software development and media production. Oussama currently works at Orium as a Software Developer II since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Software Developer at Orium from March 2022.

Before joining Orium, Oussama worked at Senior Care Prism as a Software Developer starting from October 2021, where they were responsible for implementing responsive front-end design, mobile-friendly navigation, and integrating a headless CMS.

In 2020, Oussama worked as a Software Developer at zein.dev, where they gained experience in software development. Oussama also worked at Madison's Lumber Reporter as a Software Developer from November 2020 to January 2021, where they implemented advanced keyword search and user registration features.

In addition, Oussama worked as a Software Developer at Britannia Pharmacy in 2020, where they created a basic web presence and implemented an appointment booking page for the pharmacy's immunization program.

Before transitioning to software development, Oussama worked as a Software Developer (iOS) starting from October 2014 to May 2015. Oussama also worked as a Production and Technical Manager at Median Group from August 2008 to August 2012, where they gained experience in studio installation, broadcast services, and communication services. Prior to that, they worked as an Editor at PetraRosa Productions from January 2006 to August 2007.

Oussama El Zein obtained a Diploma in Computer Studies from Langara College, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Audio Engineering and Production at Pacific Audio Visual Institute from 2014 to 2015. Oussama also holds a High School Diploma from Western Canada High School.
