Connie Jacobsen has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, insight, and digital marketing. Connie has worked at Orkla ASA since 2017, holding various positions such as Head of Insight, Head of Digital Insight, Junior Board Member, Global Brand Manager - Jordan, Head of Marketing - Plusstid Home, Traffic and Content Manager - Plusstid Home, and Marketing Trainee - Plusstid. Connie also had a role at R. Jacobsen AS as a Marketing Assistant Manager, where they gained experience in all areas of the company with a focus on marketing. Additionally, Connie worked as a Trade Marketing Intern at L'Oréal and had a summer internship in digital marketing at Orkla ASA. Connie also had part-time sales assistant experience at Møbelringen Harstad, where they gained knowledge in sales, customer service, and store displays.

Connie completed the Core Program at the Orkla Digital Academy in April 2021 and attended a 2-day Growth Hacking Crash Course at the Growth Tribe Academy in May 2019. Additionally, they participated in various programs and courses through the Orkla Group, including the Orkla Junior Board 2020-2022, Orkla Digital Academy Marketing Deep Dive Program, Orkla Digital Academy Sales Deep Dive Program, and obtained the Orkla Brand Academy certification in November 2021.
