Monica Bernhoftsen

Monica Bernhoftsen started their work experience in 1996 as a Research Assistant at SteelAction. Monica then worked as an SAP consultant at itelligence UK Ltd from 1998 to 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they were an SRM consultant at Orkla Media. Monica then joined Orkla Brands IT as a Logistics SAP consultant from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they started working at Orkla ASA as a Project Manager/Solution Architect, overseeing various SAP implementations. Monica also worked as a Solution Architect at Matiq AS from 2016 to 2019, leading the rollout of Nortura factory solutions and contributing to Nortura's SAP implementation. Currently, they are the Head of Logistics at Orkla.

Monica Bernhoftsen began their education in 1992 at BI Norwegian Business School, where they pursued a degree in Economics. Monica completed this program in 1996. Following that, they attended Nord University from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Science in Business (M.Sc.) in the field of Economics. In 1996, Bernhoftsen also attended the University of Oslo (UiO) for a year, focusing on Sociology as a foundation subject. Later, in 2012, they enrolled in BI Norwegian Business School again, this time for an Executive Master of Management degree with a specialization in Project Management, which they completed in 2013.
