Elizabeth Horsfall LLB Dip LP is an experienced child welfare reporter with extensive involvement in family court actions primarily at Edinburgh Sheriff Court since 2011. Currently, Elizabeth serves as a curator ad litem and reporting officer for permanence order and adoption cases with Orkney Islands Council and Scottish Borders Council, as well as in a joint panel for Edinburgh Sheriff Court. Additionally, Elizabeth holds a role with the Edinburgh Licensing Forum, contributes as a New Ways For Families Coach facilitated by Shared Parenting Scotland, and acts as a safeguarder in various contexts, including applications under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000. Elizabeth's background includes serving as a board member and director at North Edinburgh Childcare and as a reporting officer at East Lothian Council.
