Jake Mueller

Jake Mueller, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Internal Controls at Orla Mining Ltd since June 2023. Previously, Jake held the position of Program Manager for Business Process SOX at Lyft from April 2022 to April 2023 and managed Enterprise Risk and Assurance at Aurora Cannabis Inc. between September 2020 and March 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Consultant in Audit Transaction Advisory, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant at Deloitte Canada from January 2018 to August 2020, as well as Staff Accountant positions at BDO Canada from September 2016 to January 2018. Jake began the professional journey with summer internships at Grant Thornton LLP and Horizon Chartered Professional Accountants in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Jake holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McGill University (2012-2016) and earned the CPA designation through CPA Canada from 2016 to 2019.
