Alyssa Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service, event coordination, and education. Currently serving as a Member Experience Specialist at Orlando City SC since April 2023, Alyssa focuses on creating memorable experiences for season ticket members by addressing concerns and enhancing their overall engagement with the team. Concurrently, as Lead Coordinator at Bloom and Grow Events, Alyssa collaborates with couples to realize their wedding visions while managing vendor communication. Previously, Alyssa held roles as an Educator at Renaissance Charter School, an Assistant Preschool Teacher at the Karen Slattery Educational Research Center, and a Food Server at True Food Kitchen. Alyssa's leadership capabilities were highlighted as Chapter President of Sigma Kappa Sorority, where responsibilities included mentoring fellow members. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University.
