Margaret Bonko

As chief operating officer of Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, Maggie oversees the daily operations of the healthcare campus, which includes outpatient rehabilitation, wound care and women’s imaging. She also is responsible for operations at Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Lake Mary, which is scheduled to open in 2019.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2005, Maggie has served in the roles of recruiter, recruitment manager, human resources director and administrator for allied health services.

Prior to her tenure at Orlando Health, she was director of North and South American operations for Lexmark International.

Maggie has an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington and a master’s in organizational management, specializing in human resources management, from Capella University in Minneapolis.
