Jill Cramer is the Learning and Development Manager at Orlando Magic. Jill has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Jill has a passion for developing people and leaders to ensure business success.

Jill started their career in 1995 as the Manager of Benefits at the American Bar Association. In 1996, they joined Schneider Electric as the Director of Leadership Programs, where they designed and deployed a leader skills series for a target audience of over 17,000 global leaders. Jill consulted with all levels of leadership to conduct needs analysis, aligning leadership strategy and execution to enable business strategy. Jill also oversaw global deployments including vendor selection, global matrixed team, communications and change management.

In September 2017, Jill left Schneider Electric to become a Senior Consultant. In this role, they advised teams in the areas of HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. Jill believed that people are at the heart of any successful business strategy and that the customer experience can be no greater than the employee’s experience.

Jill is currently the Learning and Development Manager at Orlando Magic. In this role, they are responsible for designing and delivering training programs that focus on leadership development, customer service, and performance management.

Jill Cramer attended Fayette Co. High School and received their high school diploma. Jill then attended The University of Alabama and earned their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources. Jill has also received certification from The Predictive Index as a Predictive Index Practitioner and from LinkedIn as a Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience.

They are on a team with Denny Voyles - Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition and Employee Development, Karen Rundle - Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Jill Cramer reports to Brenda Hayslett, VP, People.
