Leslie Sand

Leslie Sand is a certified Physician Assistant with extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and a specialization in sports medicine, particularly in arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery. Since June 2015, Leslie has been providing patient care at Orlando Orthopaedic Center, having previously worked at Hospital for Special Surgery and Manhattan Orthopaedic Care from July 2013 to June 2015 and November 2011 to June 2013, respectively. Responsibilities include first assisting in the operating room, managing preoperative and postoperative care, conducting detailed examinations, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. Leslie holds a Master's in Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida.
