Malgorzata Guzinska-Blonska

Malgorzata Guzinska-Blonska has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Malgorzata currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at ORLEN Upstream Canada since August 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the same company from April to July 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Malgorzata worked at Energa S.A., where they held multiple positions including Deputy Director of the Financial Department, Chief Accountant, and Manager of the Financial Reporting Department.

Before joining Energa S.A., they worked at Rödl & Partner w Polsce from 2001 to 2017, where they progressed from the role of Manager to Associate Partner. Malgorzata also had the role of Manager, Associate Partner, and Auditor (PL) at Rödl & Partner during the same period.

Malgorzata's career started at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Warsaw, where they worked as a senior associate from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, they have also been an active member of ACCA since 2005.

Malgorzata Guzinska-Blonska first completed their matura in Math-Physics and English at II LO w Gdansku from 1989 to 1993. Malgorzata then pursued a master's degree in Economics at the University of Gdansk from 1993 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Polish Certified Auditor designation from The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors in August 2008. Furthermore, they became a Fellow Member of ACCA in 2003, although the specific month of completion is unknown.
