Wendy Ward

Wendy Ward serves as the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at ORNL Federal Credit Union, a role held since January 2024. Previously, Wendy held multiple positions at VyStar Credit Union, including Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President Risk Officer, and Vice President of Compliance and BSA Risk Management from June 2017 to January 2024. Prior to this, Wendy was with FAIRWINDS Credit Union from August 2008 to June 2017, serving as Assistant Vice President of Legal Compliance, Compliance Officer, Legal Compliance Manager, and Risk Management Specialist. Wendy Ward earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of North Florida.
