Fergal Roche

Fergal Roche worked at Ornua from 2003 onwards, serving in various HR roles. Fergal started as an HR Executive and progressed to become an HR Development Manager, HR Manager, Human Resources Director for North America, and eventually the Human Resources Director for the Ornua Foods and Ingredients Divisions. During their tenure, they were responsible for implementing HR and talent strategies globally, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and more.
