Roberto Franco Herrera

Roberto Franco Herrera is an experienced IT support specialist with a strong background in hardware and software assistance. Currently serving as a Hardware and Software Support Specialist at Orocash since December 2022, Roberto previously worked at Grupo KFC Ecuador as an IT Support Technician and at Del Monte AG as a Technical Support Specialist, where responsibilities included user support, router configuration, preventative and corrective maintenance, and network assistance. Additional experience includes a position at Telenews focusing on internet and TV technical support and customer service, as well as serving as a Technical Assistant at Interagua Ecuador with responsibilities for inventory management and database updates. Roberto holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, obtained in September 2021.
